MotoGP15: Menaklukkan GP Valencia (Circuit de la Comunitat Valenciana Ricardo Tormo)


Mari kita lupakan insiden dari salah satu race MotoGP terburuk musim 2015 ini. Kini penulis pengen balapan di sirkuit final MotoGP 2015, Valencia. Sudah lama penulis tidak ngaspal disana, hehehe. Harapannya sih untuk meningkatkan skill riding penulis di game ini moga-moga kalo main Online/Multiplayer gak terlalu keteteran. Paling tidak kalo main lawan AI bisa main di tingkat kesulitan Simulation hehe. OK deh, lets go!

Riding Aids Pro

Riding Aid yang penulis pakai:

  • Physics: Pro >> lebih realistis, sedikit lebih sulit tapi itulah tantangannya
  • Auto Brakes: Off >> REM pake manual lebih menantang & lebih realistis
  • Joint Brakes: Off >> agar Rem Depan (L2) dan Rem Belakang (X)
  • Steering Help: Off >> penulis gak tau efeknya apa, perasaan sih gak ngaruh
  • Tuck-in: Automatic >> belum biasa pake yang manual
  • Ideal Trajectory: None >> tanpa garis racingline virtual, biar lebih menantang
  • Transmission: Manual >> kagok kalo pake semi & gak realistis
  • Rewind: 6 >> buat jaga-jaga aja sih, pengennya sih gak dipake
  • TCS Intensity: Off >> Walaupun motor GP jaman sekarang kenyataannya pada pake TCS tapi buat penulis jadi kurang menantang. Lebih menantang TSC nya OFF supaya lebih berasa naik motor yang tenaganya besar, liar, sulit dikendalikan.


Race Option

Race Option yang penulis gunakan:
  • Length: 25% >>  Minimal bisa liat Lap-Time rata-rata & melatih konsistensi
  • Race Session: Full Weekend >> latihan & membandingkan Lap-Time AI
  • AI Difficulty: Simulation >> coba-coba difficulty paling sulit dulu
  • Weather Conditions: Clear >> ini dulu deh, lain kali main basah-basahan
  • Bike Damage: Off >> nanti deh kalo udah bisa juara
  • Tyre Wear: Off >> kalo ON ngaruh ke Lap-Time jadi gak bisa liat rata-rata
  • Technical Problems: None >> ntar aja deh kalo udah jago, hehe
  • Penalty Timer: On >> gak suka jalan pintas, curang, apalagi cheat
  • Disciplinary Flags: On >> mungkin alasannya sama kayak yg Penalty Timer




Hasil:

Kesimpulan:
Sepertinya penulis harus berlatih di tingkat kesulitan yang lebih rendah dari Simulation

Pelajaran MotoGP hari ini: Insiden Rossi VR46 vs Marquez MM93

Rossi VR46 sengaja membuat Marquez MM93 terjatuh di GP Sepang Malaysia.



VR46 sedang serius memburu gelar juara dunia yang harus diperebutkannya berdua bersama Jorge 99 Lorenzo. Namun MM93 ingin ikut bermain, dan mulai bermain-main dengan VR46 yang membuatnya kehilangan banyak waktu untuk mengejar Lorenzo #99 dan Pedrosa #26 didepan mereka. Jauh tertinggal dan terus kehilangan banyak waktu membuat VR46 emosi dan bereaksi dengan membuat MM93 terjatuh dari motornya, sungguh disayangkan.

Hikmah:
Tindakan VR46 memang salah tp seharusnya MM93 haruslah mengerti kalau VR46 ini sedang memburu gelar yang juga sedang diburu oleh rival sekaligus team mate nya JL99. Mereka berdua (VR46&MM93) adalah pembalap yang cepat, tapi berduel di lap-lap awal untuk memperebutkan pos 3 malah membuat mereka kehilangan banyak waktu & cepat mengabiskan grip ban motor mereka, justru malah menguntungkan pembalap di depan mereka yang memiliki gap cukup jauh untuk kabur dari pertarungan. Seharusnya MM93 mengalah saja, biarkan beri kesempatan VR46 mengejar JL99 dan DP26. MM93 bisa menyusul/melakukan overtake VR46 pada lap-lap akhir atau apabila VR46 sudah tidak mampu mengejar pembalap didepannya dengan gap yang cukup lebar.
Akibat dari insiden ini VR46 dijatuhi hukuman START dari pos paling belakang di GP selanjutnya di Sirkuit Ricardo Tormo, Valencia. Ini membuat peluang VR46 meraih gelar juara dunia ke-10 nya menipis. Sayangnya rival VR46 yang sama-sama memburu JL99 justru memberikan komentar panas yang menyebut "Hukuman Rossi terlalu Ringan" ane kecewa JL99 sang juara dunia MotoGP 2x membuat dirinya terlihat seperti ingin memenangkan kejuaraan dengan mudah.

Ane harap:
1. MM93 Berbesar hati meminta maaf kepada VR46 karena memaksanya bertarung disaat yang tidak tepat,
2. VR46 Mengakui kehilafannya dan menyesal dan meminta maaf kepada semua orang, bahwa tindakannya adalah tidak terpuji
3. JL99 meminta maaf karena berkomentar terlalu pedas yang justru tidak konstruktif, padahal komentar DP26 sebagai team mate MM93 malah terdengar lebih netral dan menyejukkan.
kalo ane MM93: yang ane lakukan ane minta maaf kpd VR46 lalu minta Race Director meringankan hukumannya agar VR gak start dari POS paling belakang. Mungkin waktu kualifikasinya dikurangi 1 detik atau 0,5 detik biar lebih fair perebutan juara dunia-nya. Ane pengen fair buar peluang VR & JL buat juara dunia jadi 50-50.

Saran Ane:
Mungkin di masa depan MotoGP harus mencontoh F1 dalam menerapkan sistem DRS, dimana DRS hanya boleh digunakan bila mobil yang dibelakang maksimum berjarak satu detik di belakang mobil didepan. Nah untuk MotoGP harusnya overtake secara bebas hanya boleh dilakukan pada Battle for Pos 1, yaitu pertarungan untuk memperebutkan posisi terdepan. Sedangkan Battle for Pos 2, Pos 3, Pos 4 dan seterusnya harus diatur misalkan:
1. hanya boleh dilakukan bila rider dibelakang hanya berjarak kurang dari 1 detik selama beberapa lap (2 minimal 2 lap)
2. atau hanya boleh dilakukan bila rider dibelakang hanya berjarak kurang dari 1 detik selama 5 menit membuntuti rider didepan
3. atau hanya boleh dilakukan apabila rider didepannya punya gap lebih dari 5-10 detik dengan rider didepannya lagi.
Tujuannya: agar rider-rider dibelakang tidak tertinggal terlalu jauh dari race leader karena kehilangan banyak waktu & cepat merusak ban mereka akibat berduel & terlalu sering melakukan overtake.

Membuat Copy Backup Software Driver AMD Catalyst pada saat SOFTWARE UPDATE selesai mengunduh agar bisa digunakan lain waktu Tanpa Harus Mendownload Ulang dari Internet (Cara 1 Terlanjur Klik Tombol Install)

Pada artikel: Trik Solusi Tidak Bisa Download dan Install Driver Terbaru AMD Catalyst 15.7.1 kita dapat mengunduh software/driver AMD Catalyst terbaru, namun sayangnya opsi Software Update pada AMD Catalyst Control Center ini memiliki kelemahan, diantaranya:
  1. Hanya dapat dipasang saat kita telah memiliki software/driver AMD Catalyst versi sebelumnya
  2. Kita harus menunggu proses pengunduhan (download) file sebesar +- 167 MB yang akan memakan waktu
  3. Apabila kita akan menginstall software/driver di PC lain atau saat install ulang PC kita harus memasang/install driver lama lalu mengunduh/download ulang, sungguh merepotkan
Kali ini penulis akan memberikan solusi agar kita bisa membackup file software/driver AMD Catalyst pada saat Software Update selesai mengunduh agar bisa digunakan lain waktu tanpa harus mendownload ulang dari internet. Adapun hasil dari proses backup ini adalah menghasilkan file berukuran 167 MB yang bernama "AMD-Catalyst-15.7.1-Without-DOTNet45-Win7-32bit.exe"

Berikut ini langkah-langkahnya:

CARA 1 : Terlanjur Klik Tombol "Install"

1. Tunggu sampai progress download selesai 100%


2. Setelah progres download selesai (100%)
file software/driver akan dijalankan secara otomatis
kadang kita lupa dan terburu-buru melakukan klik pada tombol "Install"


3. Jika sudah terlanjur melakukan klik pada tombol "Install"
maka file software/driver yang berukuran 167 MB tersebut akan diekstrak


4. Jika jendela AMD - Catalyst™ Install Manager - Version: 08.00.0916 sudah terbuka,
kita sudah bisa melakukan backup atau copy pada file installasi nya


5. kita harus mengingat ke folder manakah waktu kita melakukan klik tombol "Install"
adapun default foldernya path adalah "C:\AMD\AMD-Catalyst-15.7.1-Without-DOTNet45-Win7-32bit"


6. Namun apabila kita telah mengganti path Destination Folder-nya dan lupa lokasi foldernya path-nya
kita bisa mengintipnya dari Task Manager


7. Pada Task Manager, klik pada tab Processes, lalu cari file bernama "InstallManagerApp.exe"
klik kanan pada file tersebut (InstallManagerApp.exe) lalu pilih opsi Open File Location


8. Pada PC milik penulis, penulis hanya mengekstrak pada default folder,
sehingga lokasi path "InstallManagerApp.exe" ada pada folder
"C:\AMD\AMD-Catalyst-15.7.1-Without-DOTNet45-Win7-32bit\Bin"


9. Kita dapat menjalankan file "Setup.exe" pada parent folder Bin,
 yaitu folder "C:\AMD\AMD-Catalyst-15.7.1-Without-DOTNet45-Win7-32bit"
 Jika kita ingin menginstal software/driver ini sewaktu-waktu apabila dibutuhkan,


10. file software/driver yang berukuran 167 MB setelah diekstrak
akan membengkak menjadi 272 MB


Kelemahan Cara 1 apabila kita terlanjur klik tombol install ini adalah file software/driver yang membengkak dari hanya 167 MB setelah didownload menjadi 272 MB setelah di ekstrak. Namun sebetulnya bisa diakali dengan mengecilkannya dengan software WinRAR, WinZIP, 7Zip dan software semacamnya.

Mengecil menjadi hanya 170 MB
setelah ini kita dapat menkopinya ke USB Flashdisk atau CD/DVD atau ke folder lain

Walaupun sudah dapat dikompres dengan WinRAR namun Cara 1 masih memiliki kelemahan karena harus diekstrak menggunakan software (WinRAR) dan setelah diekstrak masih harus secara manual menjalankan file Setup.exe

Trik paling efisien adalah: Cara 2 apabila kita belum terlanjur klik tombol install, dengan cara ini kita dapat menghasilkan file executable "AMD-Catalyst-15.7.1-Without-DOTNet45-Win7-32bit.exe" yang dapat mengekstrak sekaligus menjalankan file "Setup.exe" secara otomatis saat proses ekstrak selesai.
